Mango’s Terms of Service 2018

By commissioning Mango, you automatically agree to the terms of service.

Basics:

By commissioning me you agree to all of my terms of services.
If you are under 18 you must have permission from a parent or guardian to send in a payment if you are unable to send a payment or any issues appear I am not responsible.
Your image will be publicly posted on any social media site that I post artwork on, you may request me not to but I may deny it if it deems unreasonable.
None of your personal information will be shared unless it is granted by the customer, such as your social media name, etc.
You as the customer must also not share any of my personal information. (PayPal, address, contact information.)

Payment Process:

ALL Payments must be made through PayPal, no exceptions, You will be given the link to pay for your commission once we agree on prices.
Additional payment options are available, please email me.
You must leave your email or social media name, so I can ensure that you get your commission.
You can inquire a quote at mythicalmangoproductions@gmail.com, I have the right to decline ANY commission request without reason.
You must pay within a week before I decline your commission unless you have a valid reason for not paying, I can extend your deadline.
You must pay FULL, amount before I start your commission.
please select no address for digital artwork and include your username in the notes!

Commission Times/Updates:

Commissions will take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months to complete.
As a customer, you must be patient.
You can ask for regular updates on your commission, but no harassment will be tolerated.
Please understand if something comes up unexpectedly for me, I will let you know.
I am a full time college student, when I am away from school or on a break it is easier/faster for me to complete a commission. Although while I am in school I will work on the commission as much as I can while I balance homework.

Changes to artwork:

I will show you a sketched version of your commission, this is the only time you can apply changes to the sketch.
You must supply me with EVERYTHING you want in your commission, I will go based on your information.
I will ask your approval and once I begin finalizing your commission, no changes can be made.
To avoid any conflict be sure to tell me all the details while emailing me for a commission.

Refunds / Cancellations:

You may only receive a FULL refund if the commission is only in the sketched stage.
Once you cancel your commission you do not own ANY rights to the artwork.
If the customer does not respond to any emails/messages then your commission will be canceled.
please do not do a charge back, as an artist this will have more money lost on my side. if you want a refund please let me know!

Mango’s rights/ Customer rights:

Mango has all rights to reuse any denied sketches or ideas.
Mango has all rights to repost your commissioned piece on social media.
I have all rights to decline your commission request.
The customer has the rights to repost the image of original art but Mango must be credited for it.
The customer cannot remove any watermarks that are placed on the artwork, it must be visible at all times.

Existing TV characters/movie characters - I can draw your character in the clothing of the character.
